Abstract:

PURPOSE: To machine a work at the prescribed position with good positional accuracy in a machining section and quickly convey the work.

CONSTITUTION: A lead frame 11 conveyed by an inlet side conveying device A is stopped directly before an upper die 12a and a lower die 12b by a stopper 42. When the lead frame 11 is stopped by the stopper 42, the first nip rollers 3a, 3b and additional nip rollers 4a, 4b are closed by a control device 40 to hold the lead frame 11, and the lead frame 11 is fed between the upper die 12a and the lower die 12b by a fixed quantity. Display machining is applied to the lead frame 11 between the upper die 12a and the lower die 12b, and the machined lead frame 11 is held by the second nip rollers 7a, 7b and is fed to an outlet side conveying device B side.
