Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a frame suitable for automation and the labor saving of a work for arranging a reinforcement, by laying a rail along the outer periphery of a scheduled structure provided on the upper surface of a working frame, and drawing out a PC strand wound on a drum provided to a carriage running on the above rail, in a loop form around a main bar of the reinforcement.
CONSTITUTION: A carriage 16 is run on a rail 10 through wheels 14. Then, rollers 18 are provided at the front part of the carriage 16. And a bracket 22 is provided at the rear part, a PC strand 3b drawn out by a drum 20 is pinched in the bracket 22, feed rollers 24 are provided to the drawing out side, and the carriage 16 is rolled and run while drawing out the PC strand 3b by the feed rollers 24. And the drum 20 is rotated, and the PC strand 3b is drawn out. Furthermore, the drawn-out PC strand 3b is wound in a loop form in every one round of the carriage 16, and it is installed to the outer periphery of a main bar according to the rise of the working frame. Consequently, the installing work to the main bar is made simple, and the work can be automated, and the labor can be saved.
