Abstract:
To provide an actuator for vibrating an optical element, which can enhance durability of a fulcrum section to be a rotation fulcrum of a movable body for holding the optical element even when the optical element continuously vibrates with a relatively high frequency.SOLUTION: In an actuator 1, a fulcrum section 6 to be a rotation fulcrum of a movable body 3 with respect to a fixed body 4 includes: a ceramic spherical body 11; a spherical body holding member 12 which is mounted in the movable body 3 and is used for holding the spherical body 11; and a spherical body support member 13 which is mounted in the fixed body 4. The spherical body 11 is arranged on an inner peripheral side of a cylindrical section of the spherical body holding member 12 formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape. A through hole for arranging a part of the spherical body 11 arranged on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical section outside the spherical body holding member 12 is formed at the bottom of the spherical body holding member 12. A contact surface of a concave surface formed in the spherical body support member 13 is brought into contact with a part of the spherical body 11 arranged outside the spherical body holding member 12 with a prescribed contact pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
