PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern substrate that effectively make inconspicuous light and shade unevenness and moire even when the positions of two pattern conductors are displaced.SOLUTION: A touch panel substrate 20 comprises: first pattern conductors 30 including first linear conductors 40 that are arranged in a mesh pattern defining regularly arranged first rhombic opening areas 43; and second pattern conductors 50 including second linear conductors 60 that are arranged in a mesh pattern defining regularly arranged second rhombic opening areas 63. A longer diagonal 44 of two diagonals of the rhombus formed by the first opening area and a longer diagonal 64 of two diagonals of the rhombus formed by the second opening area form an angle of 85° or more and 95° or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
