Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a hole in the whole depth of a hole with a good accuracy by an end mill.SOLUTION: An end mill 1 having an outer diameter smaller than a target inner diameter of a target hole shape is prepared, helical interpolation is applied by use of the end mill 1, processing is performed to a prescribed depth leaving a prescribed first diameter residual stock allowance L1, the end mill 1 is moved to grasp a current hole shape in the state where the first diameter residual stock allowance L1 is left, re-processing is performed while changing radial direction notch setting from the current hole shape and a target hole shape, grasping of the current hole shape and re-processing are performed at least once and processing is performed until the target hole shape is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
