PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in the pharmaceutical field, a novel pharmaceutical composition used for treatment and/or prevention of acute and/or chronic osteoarticular diseases.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is obtained by combining: an optional adequate pharmaceutical carrier or diluent; a glycosaminoglycan; and an α-2-adrenergic receptor agonist selected from the group consisting of clonidine, p-aminoclonidine, idazoxan, detomidine, medetomidine, mivazerol and lofexidine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
