Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower which has no risk that a piezoelectric device causes an insulation decrease during the use of a blower to burn out.SOLUTION: A blower that blows a compressed gas supplied from a compressed gas supplier by opening a piezoelectric valve is provided with a humidity sensor that detects the humidity of the compressed gas in a channel and a humidity controller that compares a detected value of humidity by the humidity sensor, where the humidity controller, upon the start of using the blower when the humidity of the compressed gas in the channel detected by the humidity sensor is a set value or more, replaces the compressed gas in the channel detected by the humidity sensor with a compressed gas the humidity of which is less than the set value supplied from the compressed gas supplier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
