Abstract:
A backup contact is connected to a movable contact piece. When the amounts of loss of a movable contact and a fixed contact are smaller than a predetermined amount, a movable mechanism is located at a closed position, and the backup contact is electrically non-conductive to a fixed terminal. When the amounts of loss of the movable contact and the fixed contact are equal to or larger than the predetermined amount, the movable mechanism is located at the closed position, and the backup contact is electrically conductive to the fixed terminal.
