Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an acid treatment process for a core material and a vacuum thermal-insulation plate comprising an acid-treated core material. The acid treatment process comprises the following steps: adding a core material raw material to an acid solution; etching same to form pits on the surface of the core material raw material; and rinsing the etched core material raw material with deionized water and then drying same to obtain a core material unit. The vacuum thermal-insulation plate comprises a composite core material and a coating layer, wherein the coating layer wraps the composite core material, a vacuum is formed between the coating layer and the composite core material, and the composite core material comprises a first core material with a solid interior and a second core material with an internal pit structure and a total thickness of not more than half of the total thickness of the composite core material. The acid treatment process for the core material disclosed in the present invention is a simple procedure and is convenient for production and processing. In the vacuum thermal-insulation plate comprising the acid-treated core material, the solid-phase thermal conductivity of the core material is reduced while ensuring the strength of the core material, such that the thermal conductivity coefficient of the vacuum thermal-insulation plate is reduced.
