Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a green crab broad-spectrum antibacterial peptide Scyampcin44-63 and an application thereof. The molecular formula of the antibacterial peptide is C113H188N30O24S2, and the amino acid sequence of the antibacterial peptide is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 01. The green crab broad-spectrum antibacterial peptide Scyampcin44-63 of the present invention has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, has strong antibacterial activity against clinical drug-resistant bacteria and fungi, has no cytotoxicity to HEK-293T and EPC cells, and is a cationic short peptide having good water solubility, high antibacterial activity, wide and safe antibacterial spectrum, and broad application prospect.
