Abstract:
An automatic adjustment method for a bed, comprising the following steps: obtaining the basic information of a user (201), wherein the information comprises the age, gender, height, weight, and body figure of the user; obtaining the sleeping information of the user (202), wherein the sleeping information comprises pressure or pressure distribution to the body back of the user under the conditions of different comfortable sleeping gestures, and the sleeping gestures comprise lying back, lying left, lying right, and lying front; establishing a body model and a sleeping pressure bearing model for the user according to the basic information and sleeping information of the user (203); and identifying the user on the bed and the sleeping gesture thereof. By means of the automatic adjustment method for the bed, a stored program can be invoked so as to really realize automatic adjustment.
