Abstract:

Base-multiplying agents usable in crosslinking epoxy compounds and so on, which can react with a base to generate another base and which permit efficient progress of base multiplication reaction; and base-reactive curable compositions containing the same. The base-multiplying agents are represented by the general formula (1): wherein X is hydrogen, substituted alkyl, or unsubstituted alkylene; Y is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl chain; and n is an integer of 1 to 4.
