Disclosed is a base station device wherein an appropriate mobile communication service is provided according to the configuration of a user device when conducting multi-carrier transmissions. The base station device (eNB) comprises a control signal receiving unit (13) configured to receive a control signal from a user device (UE) that notifies the base station device (eNB) of the capability of the user device (UE), wherein the control signal includes information about carriers capable of simultaneous communication, and information about carriers capable of transmitting uplink signals from among the carriers capable of simultaneous communication.
