Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a communication device and a communication control method thereof with which it is possible to efficaciously avoid an increased network delay caused by an acknowledgement. [Solution] A communication device (20) has a format which, in response to data which is received via a network (30) from another communication device (10), returns an acknowledgement to the other communication device, said communication device (20) comprising: an ACK delay measurement unit (204) which detects a network communication state; and an ACK congestion window control unit (205) which adjusts an acknowledgement transmission quantity according to the network communication state.
