Abstract:
A toothed component (50) comprises a first toothed wheel (52) with a first hub portion (56) and a first toothed portion (58) and also a second toothed wheel (54) with a second toothed portion (62). A plurality of webs (64.x) are connected in one piece to the second toothed portion (62). The second toothed portion (62) is designed to execute, under load, a relative movement with respect to the first toothed portion (58) by bending of the webs (64.x) until the teeth of the second toothed portion (62) are aligned with the teeth of the first toothed portion (58) at least at a region adjoining the first toothed portion (58). A locking pawl component has a body and a plurality of locking pawls which are formed in one piece with the body. The locking pawls can be bent from a first position in a first and a second direction, wherein the first direction corresponds to a locking function and the second direction corresponds to a freewheel function. The locking pawl component further comprises a plurality of supports which are formed in one piece with the body and which are designed to come into contact with the locking pawls during a bending of the locking pawls in the first direction and thus to prevent an excessive loading of the locking pawls. The constructions according to the invention are cost-effective, wherein the locking pawl component is particularly suitable for high torques.
