Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control circuit and a semiconductor memory. The control circuit is connected to a sensitive amplification circuit, and the control circuit comprises a pre-charging control module and a power supply control module. The pre-charging control module comprises a pre-charging driving module and a pre-charging module; the pre-charging driving module is connected to a first power supply and is used for providing a pre-charging driving signal for the pre-charging module; the pre-charging driving signal is used for controlling the pre-charging module to carry out pre-charging processing on the sensitive amplification circuit; the power supply control module comprises a power supply driving module and a reference power supply module; and the power supply driving module is connected to a second power supply and is used for providing a power supply driving signal for the reference power supply module, and controlling, according to the power supply driving signal, the reference power supply module to provide a reference voltage for the sensitive amplification circuit.
