Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to reduce circuit size. The present invention is a system which performs bidirectional communication between a master side and a slave side, which are connected to a single communication line (L1). An input clock-side transistor (MN1) is connected between a reference potential (GND) and the communication line (L1), and is switched by an input clock (ck). A first transistor (MP1) is connected between a first potential and the communication line (L1), second transistors (MP2, MP3) are connected to one end of a second potential, and a master-side resistor (R1) is connected between the other end of the second transistor (MP2) and the other end of the third transistor (MP3). A fourth transistor (MP4) is connected between the communication line (L1) and a third potential which is equal to or higher than the first potential, and a slave-side resistor (R2) is connected between the communication line (L1) and the reference potential (GND).
