Abstract:
A generating method and a generating system for acoustic tweezers. In the generating method for acoustic tweezers, as required, multiple manipulating acoustic fields of which the acoustic trap stiffness satisfies a requirement are determined, transmission phases of transducer array units corresponding to the manipulating acoustic fields are determined backwards, then the transducer array units are controlled to work on the basis of the transmission phases of the transducer array units, and manipulating acoustic fields in a manipulating acoustic field sequence are sequentially generated, thus implementing the time-division multiplexing of the transducer array units, and forming a comprehensive acoustic field to control a target particle. Because the comprehensive acoustic field is formed by the multiple manipulating acoustic fields sorted in a chronological order, limiting capability advantages in different directions of different manipulation generating types or of manipulating acoustic fields of different acoustic field parameters can be added together, thus increasing the limiting capability, stability, and interference resistance of the comprehensive acoustic field.
