Abstract:
This heater unit includes: a heater; a first plate including a groove part where the heater is disposed; a second plate that covers the groove part and overlaps with the first plate; and a block body that is disposed between the heater and the second plate and is in contact with the heater and the second plate. The groove part includes a first region having a first depth and a second region having a second depth that is greater than the first depth. The block body is disposed in the second region.
