Title:
LARGE PROPELLER INCLINED LATHE BED FEEDING MACHINING MACHINE TOOL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/103334
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a large propeller inclined lathe bed feeding machining machine tool, comprising an inclined upright column feeding lathe bed (1), a machine tool spindle (2), a workpiece rotary workbench (3), a large propeller (4) and a lathe bed feeding mechanism (5). By coordinating the geometric relationship between the machine tool and the large propeller, it is guaranteed that the inclined upright column feeding lathe bed moves to a position between two blades, such that the suspension elongation of the spindle is reduced; and different forms of workpiece rotary workbenches and lathe bed feeding mechanisms are selected according to different inclined upright column feeding lathe beds, four types of inclined upright column feeding lathe beds are designed, and selection and optimized application can be achieved for different machining objects. The structure improves the machining rigidity of the spindle and solves the problem of poor machining quality of the large propeller caused by vibration of the machine tool, the vertical right oblique L-shaped lathe bed feeding machining machine tool has a better stability and a more compact structure, the occupied area of the machine tool is reduced, and the high-quality machining requirement for the large propeller is met.
