Abstract:
The present invention provides a layout and stitch welding machine, comprising a layout pickup portion, a sorting and conveying portion, a stitch welding pickup portion and a stitch welding portion. The layout pickup portion is used for placing battery strings on the sorting and conveying portion; the sorting and conveying portion is used for sorting the battery strings; the stitch welding pickup portion comprises string pickup assemblies in one-to-one correspondence with the battery strings in a battery string array; the sorting and conveying portion is further used for conveying the sorted battery strings to string pickup stations; the stitch welding pickup portion drives the string pickup assemblies corresponding to the battery strings at the string pickup stations to move to the string pickup stations to pick up the battery strings; the stitch welding pickup portion moves to drive the string pickup assemblies picking up the battery strings to welding stations; the stitch welding portion welds bus bars to reserved long solder strips of the battery strings located at the welding stations; and the stitch welding pickup portion is further used for laying, on a glass plate, the battery strings picked up by the string pickup assemblies and completing bus bar welding. According to the layout and stitch welding machine provided by the present invention, the number of times of picking and placing the battery strings are greatly reduced, and the fragmentation rate can be effectively reduced.
