A machine tool feeding and discharging device and a working method therefor, related to the technical field of machine tool feeding and discharging. During use, most of existing machine tool feeding and discharging devices are of an integrated structure with a machine tool, and are distributed at two ends of the machine tool for feeding and discharging. However, due to the structure of the machine tool, the overall occupied area of the machine tool is increased, and the machine tool cannot be installed and used at the limited position of the space. Two electric push rods (8) are arranged at the upper end of a carrying movable platform (1), a power distribution cabinet (4) is provided between the two electric push rods (8), a push rod extension rod (9) is provided at the output end of each electric push rod (8), and a conveying end frame (11) is provided above the push rod extension rod (9), a belt conveyor (13) is provided between the two conveying end frames (11), two machine frame hollow grooves (25) are formed in the belt conveyor (13), an extended material baffle (15) is provided in each machine frame hollow groove (25), and wire containing steel sleeves (5) are arranged between the power distribution cabinet (4) and the two electric push rods (8).
