Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of touch-screen terminals. Provided are a method and apparatus for adjusting the brightness of a screen of a touch-screen terminal. The method comprises: setting a screen brightness adjustment receiving area according to a certain standard; and when a user operates in the area, setting the brightness of a screen according to the position of an action. By means of the present invention, a user can adjust, depending on a reference object, the brightness of a screen when it is hard to clearly read the screen, for example, due to the brightness of the screen being too high or too low, etc.
