Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of photoelectric detection. Disclosed is a perovskite charge transport element, consisting of a conductive substrate, an electron transport layer, and a perovskite photosensitive layer. The perovskite charge transport element can be used for preparing a perovskite solar cell. Further disclosed is a method for detecting the effectiveness of charge transport at an interface of an electron transport layer/a perovskite photosensitive layer of a perovskite battery. With the help of the signal intensity of probe molecules in surface Raman imaging, the effectiveness of charge transport at interfaces of electron transport layers/perovskite photosensitive layers of perovskite batteries can be rapidly detected by means of surface enhanced Raman technology. The method can complete detection without the assembly of a noble metal back electrode, is simple to operate, and has low costs, high sensitivity and high accuracy.
