Abstract:
A phase shifter, a manufacturing method for the phase shifter, a driving method for the phase shifter, and an electronic device. The phase shifter comprises a dielectric substrate (11), and a transmission line (12), a dielectric layer (13), an insulating layer (14) and a metal layer (15) arranged on the dielectric substrate (11). In a direction perpendicular to a first surface of the dielectric substrate (11), the dielectric layer (13) and the insulating layer (14) are arranged between the metal layer (15) and the transmission line (12). The material of the dielectric layer (13) is a semiconductor material. The orthographic projection of the metal layer (15) on the dielectric substrate (11), the orthographic projection of the insulating layer (14) on the dielectric substrate (11), and the orthographic projection of the dielectric layer (13) on the dielectric substrate (11) at least partially overlap with one another. Provided is a new phase shifter based on a metal-insulator-semiconductor capacitor structure.
