Abstract:
A polyphosphate kinase RmPPK, and a coding gene and an application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the polyphosphate kinase RmPPK is: the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1; or an amino acid sequence in which the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 is modified by substituting, deleting, or adding one or more amino acids and having the same functions; or an amino acid sequence over 60% homologous with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and having the same functions. A polyphosphate kinase gene RmPPK is introduced into E. coli BL21 (DE3) for high-efficiency expression in order to acquire the polyphosphate kinase RmPPK. A tool enzyme for the regeneration of CTP, CMP-sialic acid, UTP, UDP-Glc/UDP-GlcA/UDP-GlcNAc/UDP-Gal/UDP-GalNAc/UDP-Xyl, GTP or GDP-Fuc/GDP-Man is thus provided.
