Abstract:
In order to form linear grooves extending in the radial direction and contributive to smooth discharge of air in the surface on one side in the thickness direction after completing production of a bead filler material having an annular shape as a whole and becoming the winding laminate of ribbonlike rubber strip, the ribbonlike rubber strip (4) is laminated spirally around a bead core (3) arranged concentrically on a rotary substrate (1), and linear grooves becoming transfer of protrusions (2) provided on the rotary substrate (1) to extend in the radial direction are formed in the contact surface with the rotary substrate (1) over the entire circumference.
