Abstract:
A variable-size rapid vulcanization mold for wrapped banded belts and a vulcanization method, relating to the technical field of wrapped banded belt processing. The mold comprises two semi-circular arc templates (1) mounted symmetrically to each other, wherein a tensioning template (2) and more than or equal to zero variable template (3) are detachably mounted between the semi-circular arc templates (1), the outer walls of the semi-circular arc templates (1), the tensioning template (2) and the variable template (3) jointly constituting a whole template in the shape of an obround hole. Mold cavities in the shape of circular grooves are formed in the outer wall of the whole template. The tensioning template (2) and the variable template (3) each consist of two plate bodies mounted symmetrically to each other. Mold cavities in the shape of straight grooves are formed in the outer walls of the plate bodies. The distance between the two plate bodies of the tensioning template (2) is adjustable. The present invention enables wrapped banded belts to be vulcanized by means of tank-type vulcanizing machines, so as to completely avoid repeated vulcanization areas, so that the vulcanization efficiency is high. The present invention is adaptable to vulcanization processing of banded belts having different sizes, achieving more convenient disassembling and assembling and better shrinkage rate control.
