Abstract:
To provide a nonplanar mold equipped with a stamper having a nonplanar surface.SOLUTION: A nonplanar mold 10 is equipped with a stamper 11 having a nonplanar surface, a support mold 13 having a joint surface 13a for joining with the stamper 11, and a solder 12 for joining the stamper 11 with the support mold 13. When the stamper 11 and the support mold 13 are arranged opposed to each other, a space 14 is formed due to differences in shapes between the nonplanar surface and the joint surface 13, and the solder 12 is interposed in the space 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
