PURPOSE: To produce efficiently the titled article impreved in slidability on a windowpane of an automobile or the like, by combining in a die a plastic good in slidability on glass and a plastic having rubberiness, and forming fibrous members on the plastic good in slidability on glass.

CONSTITUTION: Two extruders are connected with the die body 2 and a mouthpiece 3 having a plurality of minute projections 8 and an outlet with a prescribed shape. A plastic (e.g. a rigid vinyl chloride resin) good in slidability on glass is fed to the extruder 1 and is led to the minute projections 8 of the mouthpiece. On the other hand, a plastic (e.g. a soft vinyl chloride resin) having rubberiness is fed to the extruder 1', and is led to the part 9 other than the minute projections 8 of the mouthpiece. At the moment when the two materials are merged and extruded from the mouthpiece, a moving cutter 5 makes slits into the extrudate so that the slits have a prescribed depth and a prescribed interval therebetween, and at the same time the extrudate is extended, so that a plurality of fibrous members 9' are formed on the extrudate.
