Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R1 is furyl, or methoxyphenyl; R2 is benzimidazolyl, phenyl, methoxyphenyl, or methoxycarbonylphenyl; R3 is H, phenyl, or chloro).

USE: A carcinostatic, immunomodulator, and antibacterial agent.

PREPARATION: A Schiff base shown by the formula R1-CH=N-R2 (e.g., compound shown by the formula II) is reacted with a haloketene shown by the formula III, to give a compound shown by the formula I. Since the haloketene shown by the formula III is an unstable compound, preferably an acetyl chloride shown by the formula IV is reacted with an organic amine (especially 1W3C alkylamine) in a reaction system to give the haloketene, which is reacted with the Schiff base.
