Abstract:
To provide an air cargo transport system wherewith cargoes housed in a container can be taken on board, while being housed in the container, in an aircraft without being transferred to another container, and to provide a cargo transport container therefor.
The air cargo transport system is composed of a container 4 detachably supported at its base with a wheel-equipped caster board, a caster board attaching/detaching device 3 that attaches and detaches the wheel- equipped caster board supporting the container base to and from the container base, and a pallet 5 for mounting the container, with the caster board detached from its base, on board in an aircraft.
