Title:
自転車のブレーキ、および該ブレーキのレバー表面部位のプロファイル構築方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6814559
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The invention relates to a bicycle brake (10), comprising: - a first lever (20) pivoted in a first rotation axis (X1) and having an actuation arm (23) for the connection to an inner cable of a sheathed cable and a braking arm (22) for supporting a first brake pad (21); - a second lever (30) pivoted in a second rotation axis (X2) parallel to the first rotation axis (X1) and having an actuation arm (33) for the connection to a sheath of the sheathed cable and a braking arm (32) for supporting a second brake pad (31); - a roller (29) for mutual coupling of said first lever (20) and second lever (30), wherein said roller (29) is pivoted at one between said first lever (20) and second lever (30) and is in rolling contact with a surface portion (39) of the other between said first lever (20) and second lever (30); wherein said surface portion (39) has a profile defined by a curve that passes by a predetermined number of points of the roller (29), each of said points being defined as function of the position taken by the roller (29) during a respective rotation of the roller (29) about the first rotation axis (X1) by a respective predetermined angle of rotation and about the second rotation axis (X2) by a respective angle substantially equal to said respective predetermined angle of rotation. The invention also concerns a method for constructing the profile of the surface portion (39) of the aforementioned second lever (30).
