Abstract:

To obtain a binder composition for pavement useful for pavement of a colored driveway such as a lighter traffic or a heavy traffic rout such as a bas lane, pavement with natural stones and water-permeable or drainable pavement, and excellent in durability and water resistance.

This binder composition for pavement is obtained by formulating 2-7 pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 6-10 pts.wt. ethylene copolymer, and 1-5 pts.wt. waxy material or further 1-5 pts.wt. maleinized organic compound based on 100 pts.wt. base material comprising 50-70wt.% aromatic oil and 50-30wt.% tackifier resin. Further, the weight ratio of the ethylene copolymer to the thermoplastic elastomer is 1-5.
