Abstract:

To obtain a circuit module in which skew generated by the difference of wiring lengths on a circuit module is restrained, and low consumption power can be realized by reducing the stub capacity.

A conductive connector terminal 4c corresponding to a connector terminal 4a arranged on the surface of a printed wiring board 2 is arranged on the back of the printed wiring board 2. A through-hole 1, penetrating a part in the surface of the printed wiring board 2 on which part the connector terminal 4a is formed and penetrating a part in the back of the printed wiring board 2 on which part the connector terminal 4c is formed, is formed. The inside of the through-hole 1 is filled with 9 conductor, and the connector terminal 4a is connected with a data pin DQt arranged in a memory IC 3 via a wiring 5a.
