PURPOSE: To obtain the compact electronic equipment, by which name and time data can be printed at the same time, by combining a printing device which prints the data from a time generating part, and a rubber stamp of the name and the like, thereby omitting updating manipulation of a date stamp and making the operation easy.

CONSTITUTION: The time generating part CL is driven by a solar battery SB. The data, time, and the like are displayed by a liquid crystal display DP. Meanwhile, the printing device PRT is driven by a motor M. Numerical value keys NK, operation specifying keys FK, time associated keys TK, and the like are provided on the upper surface of the PRT. Name parts SH1WSH4 comprising ink impregnated rubber, a type wheel KD, and an ink roller IR are provided at the bottom surface of the PRT. A control part CC receives the ON signal of a switch SW, which detects the depression of the PK key and the deeper depression of the printing device PRT stores the time data into a buffer BF from the time generating part CL, and sends the data to the printing device PRT for printing. The name part of the printing device PRT is made detachable.
