Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively load electronic components by alleviating an influence on tact time while the attraction displacement of the component is eliminated.
SOLUTION: Marks provided at areas near tape feeder allocation areas are picked up by a moving camera 16 (imaging means) loaded on a head unit 5, and an arithmetic means 34 calculates a compensation value of the component attracting location of an attracting head based on location images of picked-up images. A control means 36 or the like compensates for the component attracting location by the attracting head based on the obtained compensation value and updates the compensation value by conducting a mark recognizing operation when imaging conductions (execution conditions) stored in a imaging condition data storing means 33 are satisfied.
