Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pipe having a high degree of freedom in handling between a supply hose and a discharge hose and excellent in maintainability, and a mold cooling mechanism.SOLUTION: A cooling pipe 4 which is inserted into a cooling hole 3 formed in a mold 2 and supplies a cooling fluid into the cooling hole comprises: an inner pipe 5 for discharging the cooling fluid supplied inside from a supply port 5a into the cooling hole; a base end member 6 fixed to a base end part of the inner pipe; and an outer pipe 7 in which a base end part thereof is fitted to the base end member and the inner pipe is disposed inside with a gap therebetween. The base end member has a first connection part 6a communicating with the supply port, to which a supply hose of the cooling fluid can be connected to the base end side, and the outer pipe has a second connection part 7a communicating with the gap, to which a discharge hose of the cooling fluid can be connected to the base end side. The base end member is fitted to the outer pipe so as to be rotatable around an axial direction and be removable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
