PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eave soffit-mounted drain to simply mount a drain to an eave soffit even when a space between the floor of a balcony and a porch and the eave soffit is narrow.
SOLUTION: An eave soffit-mounted drain A is attached to an eave soffit 3 composed of upper and lower ceiling nipping bodies 1 and 2. In which case, the upper ceiling nipping body 1 is composed of an inner cylinder body 12 and an upper flange-form body 11 and one or more protrusion piece 14 is arranged on the under surface of the upper flange-form part 11. The lower ceiling nipping body 2 is composed by an outer cylindrical body 22 and a lower flange- form body 21. The eave soffit 3 is composed of a through-hole and an uneven surface, the upper ceiling nipping body 2 is brought into contact with the lower side of the eave soffit 3, the inner cylindrical body 12 is inserted in a through- hole 31, and inner cylindrical body 12 is screwed in the outer cylindrical body 22. The eave soffit 3 is nipped between the upper and lower flange-form bodies 11 and 21 and simultaneously, the protrusion piece 14 of the upper flange-form body 11 is locked at the recessed part of the eave soffit 3.
