Abstract:

PURPOSE: To retard solid phase reaction between perovskite and an oxide coming into contact with the perovskite and increase durability by using A-site deficient perovskite composite oxide having a specified composition.
CONSTITUTION: In an A-site deficient perovskite composite oxide represented by a formula of A1-αBO3-δ, A is constituted with two kinds of elements of A' and A'', and B is with B' and B'' and represented by a formula of (A'1-xA ''x)1-α(B'1-yB''y)O3-δ, and A' is constituted with one selected from the group comprising La, Nd, Y, and A'' is constituted with one selected from the group comprising Ba, Sr, Ca, and B' is Co, and B'' is constituted with one selected from the group comprising Mn, Ni, Fe, Cu, and α, δ, x, y are in the ranges of 0<α<0.2, 0<δ<1, 0<x<1, and 0<y<1.
