To solve the problems that the measurement of dioxin requires approximately one month, and the control for reducing dioxin in such refuse disposal facilities as a stoker furnace utilizing the analysis result, a rotary kiln, a fluidized bed furnace, a cupola, an arc furnace, an electric furnace, a gasification melting furnace, and a direct melting furnace has time lag and hence is not effective.
In an incineration furnace and melting facilities such as general rubbish and industrial waste, a continuous dioxin analyzer is installed at one or a plurality of locations halfway or in the middle of the process, or at the outlet of an exhaust gas, the outlet temperature of a gas combustion furnace is controlled, temperature in the furnace of refuse disposal facilities is controlled, or the amount and quality of an object to the thrown, and the amount of thrown adsorbent are controlled, thus reducing the amount of emission of dioxin.
