Abstract:
To provide novel, inducible protein expression systems.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is an expression system comprising a first double-stranded DNA fragment comprising a first expression cassette and a second expression cassette, a second double-stranded DNA fragment comprising a third expression cassette, where the first expression cassette comprises a first promoter and a nucleic acid encoding a first repressor protein under the regulation of the first promoter, the second expression cassette comprises a second promoter, one or more of a first operator, and a nucleic acid encoding an RNA polymerase under the regulation of the second promoter, and the third expression cassette comprises a third promoter and a nucleic acid encoding a protein of interest under the regulation of the third promoter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
