PURPOSE: To transmit voice automatically by providing a switch means for detecting that an emergency button is pressed, giving the position information from a GPS signal reception means to a voice synthesis means and then displaying it, and then generating voice.

CONSTITUTION: A GPS part 12 calculates own three-dimensional position by detecting the spectrum-diffused signal from an artificial satellite which is received by an antenna 11 for GPS and then measuring the distance from a plurality of satellites. The operated position data are converted to latitude/longitude information and then are passed to a control means 18. When an emergency button 17 included at a control part 16 is pressed on emergency, a means 18 indicates on a display 15 that the button 17 has been pressed, thus entering an emergency mode. A VHF wireless part 14 is set to a specific channel, thus enabling transmission state. The means 8 controls a voice accumulation means 20 for reproducing first-aid request messages for emergency and at the same time controls a call path switch 21 for switching the call path so that the voice output from the means 20 enters the wireless part 14.
