PURPOSE: To provide an alignment superimposing device for aligning packaged noodles and the like at high density to containers such as returnable containers.

CONSTITUTION: A guide shaft 30 is provided on the lower part of a lifting member 21 moved vertically, and a swung member 29 fixed on the guide shaft 30 and a plurality of swung members 31 that can be slid along the guide shaft 30 are provided. A drawing mechanism 40 for drawing the swung member 31 slidably supported, to the fixed slide member 29, is provided. A plurality of supporting discs 50 supported with the swung members 29, 31, are provided with vertical steps, and a sucker 54 is provided on the lower surface of each supporting disc 50. The suckers 54 are abutted on a plurality of products A set below each supporting disc 5 by lowering the lifting member 21, and the product A sucked by the sucker 54 is carried upward by elevating the lifting member 21, while the swung member 31 that can be freely moved, is moved to the swung member 29, and after the side edge of the products A is trued up, the product is inserted into a container.
