Abstract:
To provide a car washing management method capable of realizing good usability when selecting operation of car washing.SOLUTION: A car washing management method includes the steps of: generating first image data that is displayed on a screen of a display panel 35 incorporated in a reception apparatus 22 of a car washer and identifies a first guidance image 37 that displays options for operation of the car washer; generating second image data that is displayed on a screen of a display panel 61 incorporated in a portable terminal 18 of a user and identifies a second guidance image 64 that displays the options for the operation of the car washer according to a composition of the first guidance image 37; and issuing a QR code that identifies the operation selected in the second guidance image 64 and transmitting the QR code to the portable terminal 18 of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
