When a failure occurs in a throttle actuator, the vehicle runs by the drive of a motor 15 for running. When the power to satisfy the power for driving the motor of the motor 15 for running does not reach the default power, a part of the default power is supplied as the power for driving the motor, and the surplus power is charged to a battery 20. When the power for driving the motor is not less than the default power, the power obtained by combining the default power and the battery output power is supplied as the power for driving the motor.
