Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjusting the detecting position of a sensor.
SOLUTION: This device has a sensor groove 21a in the axial direction on the peripheral surface of a cylinder tube 11 for inserting a sensor SE, an adjusting rod 31 inserted into the sensor groove 21a to adjust the axial position of the sensor SE inserted into the sensor groove 21a and a connecting member 32 connecting the one end of the adjusting rod 31 and the sensor SE to move the sensor SE in the axial direction integrally with the adjusting rod 31 as the adjusting rod 31 moves in the axial direction. The adjusting rod 31 is constituted such that one end part of the side opposite to that connected to the sensor SE is threadedly engaged on the side of a rod cover 14, and the rod 31 is moved in the axial direction by rotating it externally on the rod cover 14 side.
