Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an extrusion product having a smooth surface contributing to the enhancement of decorative properties or the enhancement of adhesion.
SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin forming material 101 is supplied to an apparatus equipped with a die 20 and a sizing device 30. A heat transfer member 90 is arranged in the flow channel 26 of the die and the leading end part 92 formed into a tapered shape of the heat transfer member goes over the orifice 27 of the die to enter the shaping flow channel 31 in the sizing device. Then, a molten forming material 101b is introduced into the shaping flow channel from the orifice and a solidified extrusion formed product 101a having a production cross-sectional shape is discharged from the sizing device. At this time, heat is supplied to the forming material from the heat transfer member and a molten part is left in the forming material at the point of time when the forming material passes the leading end of the heat transfer member. The surface of the forming material is brought into contact with the inner wall surface 31a of the shaping flow channel under pressure by the pressing force of the molten part.
