CONSTITUTION: An upper turret 19 freely rotatably disposed at a turret punch press 1 is freely vertically movably provided with an upper forming die 33 having a blade width (b) longer than the width (a) of an uncut processing part WN leaving part of the product WS and a lower turret 21 facing the upper forming die 33 is provided with a lower forming die 53 having the same blade width (b) as the blade width of the upper forming die 33 and having a notch 57 for forming a knock-out shaping part W2.
