To favorably start parking control of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A parking support device (200) can perform parking control for allowing a vehicle (10) to automatically park at a target parking position. The parking support device includes: detection means (120) for detecting at least one of a specific motion and voice of a user existing on an outside of a vehicle as a parking instruction action; and starting means (230) for starting parking control when a parking instruction action is detected.
